New Mexico and 40 other states currently have smaller employment bases than they did at the end of 2006, according to an On Numbers breakdown of data from the U.S.
Bureau of Labor Statistics. 
UK foreign policy in 2012 is likely to see an extension of that of the last decade, the most capastrophic since the 1930s. Britian is eyeing Burma, Syria, Somalia, and Iran.
