WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (AP) - (Kyodo)-;(EDS: TO BE UPDATED) U.S. employers generated a greater-than-expected 117,000 nonfarm jobs in July, while the unemployment rate dropped 0.1 percentage point from the previous month to 9.1 percent, marking the first improvement in four months, the Labor Department said Friday. 
UK foreign policy in 2012 is likely to see an extension of that of the last decade, the most capastrophic since the 1930s. Britian is eyeing Burma, Syria, Somalia, and Iran.
