The preliminary hearing in the case of an Oklahoma County judge charged with fraud, perjury and conspiracy is entering its second day.
The proceeding resumes Tuesday for District Judge Tammy Bass-LeSure, her husband, Karlos LeSure, and Ravonda Edwards.
