And that may just be because it's cheaper to give a bump in pay than it is to banish bad behavior.
Just as employers dole out bigger paychecks to workers in jobs that come with a risk for injury and fatali... 
In Britain 45% of marriages end in divorce. Financial wrangling follows and the partings become acrimonious. John Cleese's 2009 divorce settlement has been publicised as costing him up to 20m.
